Who can and how to activate the withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law if the customer-consumer (ie a physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference of VAT ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Withdrawal mode:

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions (Art.67 of the Consumer Code):

  • If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is obliged to return it or make it available to the professional or the person designated by him, according to the procedures and times established by the contract. The period for the return of the goods can not however be less than ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods. For the purpose of expiry of the term the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the forwarder.
  • For contracts concerning the sale of goods, if the goods have been delivered, the substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is however sufficient that the property is returned in normal state of conservation, as it has been kept and possibly used with the use of normal care.
  • The only expenses payable by the consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender, where expressly provided for in the contract.
  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer in accordance with the provisions of this section, the trader is required to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer, including sums paid as a deposit. The reimbursement must take place free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which the professional became aware of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. The amounts are reimbursed within the terms if they are actually returned, shipped or credited with a currency not later than the expiration of the aforementioned term.
  • In the event that the payment was made by means of bills of exchange, if these have not yet been submitted to the collection, must proceed to their return. Any clause providing for limitations on the reimbursement of the sums paid as a result of the exercise of the right of withdrawal is void.
  • If the price of a good or service, the subject of a contract referred to in this title, is wholly or partially covered by a credit granted to the consumer, the professional or third parties on the basis of an agreement between them and the professional, the The credit agreement is considered terminated by right, without any penalty, in the event that the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of this article. The professional is obliged to inform the third party granting credit of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer. The sums eventually paid by the third party who has granted the pay credit for the good or service up to the moment in which he has knowledge of the right of withdrawal by the consumer are reimbursed to the third party by the professional, without any penalty, without prejudice the payment of accrued legal interests.

When the right of withdrawal expires (Article 55 of the Consumer Code):

The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 64 and following, as well as articles 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of article 54 do not apply:

  • contracts for the supply of foodstuffs, beverages or other household goods for everyday consumption supplied to the consumer's home, his place of residence or his place of work, by distributors who make frequent and regular tours;
  • contracts for the supply of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure, when the contractor undertakes to provide such services on a specific date or in a pre-established period when the contract is concluded.

Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the consumer can not exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in articles 64 and following in the cases:

  • for the supply of services whose execution has begun, with the consent of the consumer, before the expiry of the term provided for by article 64, paragraph 1;
  • supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market rates that the trader is unable to control;
  • supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • supply of audiovisual products or sealed computer software, opened by the consumer; supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines; of betting and lottery services.

How the warranty works:

All products sold on the site are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, 12 months for invoice purchase. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the purchase document. The customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract declares to acknowledge the terms of Assistance in force at the time of the use of the Warranty Assistance, which accepts.
The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the authorized Service, as well as transport costs.

24 month warranty:

The 24-month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved to the private consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, we will restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or price reduction, until the contract is terminated. Only following the issue of an authorization number, the customer must send the goods following the instructions contained in the email. In the event that, for any reason, it is not able to return a warranty product (restored or replaced) to its customer, we may proceed to our discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with similar characteristics or superior. If, following an intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs if we sustain.



In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer and to Prorpie Expenses in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc…). In the event that the returned item is incorrectly used or tampered with, the seller will be forced to return the goods to the customer as not repairable and to retain the amount paid. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to place it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

Applicable law:

The sales contract between the customer and the seller is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Milano.

The product will be repaired or, in the event that the repair is not possible, replaced with an equal, equivalent or higher.

In case of difficulty in obtaining the product, the Seller has the right to fulfill the Warranty Conditions by means of a Credit Note and reimbursement to the purchaser of the current market price of the product itself. The customer must send the goods by following the instructions contained in the e-mail with which the return authorization number has been communicated.

All shipments of products will be rejected to the sender at his own expense:

  • In Port Assigned ie charged to the seller 
  • Not including packaging, original accessories and manuals;
  • Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport, the Warranty does not cover damage due to the non-use of original packaging and adequate external protective packaging not authorized by the service center;
  • If the product is tampered with or the labels identifying the Serial or Part Number are removed or tampered with, the seller reserves the right to accept the validity of the Guarantee or not.

Conventionally, any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and / or things is excluded.
In the case of changes to the Warranty Conditions, the seller will apply the conditions on the Warranty for products in effect at the time of purchase of the Customer.

Products with European Warranty:

Delivery times: usually vary from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 7 days before the product is available. For some categories of products, the days could go up to 10.

Manuals: multilingual documentation is guaranteed. The products that need instructions always have the description in English, the presence of the description in Italian is not guaranteed.

Duration of the Warranty: except in special cases or special promotions that may vary from product to product, the minimum validity established is 12 months.
